Not a bad return from just one cup win, but the Hurricanes now wait to find out who our opponents will be in our first semi final since the Tattenhoe Tournament last Summer.
Today’s match against Water Eaton was a close run thing, and although the Hurricanes should have sealed a comfortable victory, there was always the sense that errors were round the corner and that too many players were not fully ‘switched on’. The boys certainly engineered more chances, and showed glimpses of what they are capable of. However, to progress further in this competition, we will need to work a lot harder and cut out mistakes in dangerous positions. Plenty of positives again…. Cathal worked hard and was brave up front, Joe adapted well to a new position, and George drove forward strongly with some great runs.
Plenty to focus on too….. covering back, clearing our lines quickly (no fancy stuff), but most of all work rate. We need to react quickly when we loose possession, covering back and anticipating dangers. Spectating is not an option.

Congratulations to the U10 Whirlwinds who reached the semi finals of the 2015 Hatters Cup in Luton. After a nail-biting quarter-final penalty shoot out success, they battled well and narrowly
After battling it out on the pitch, frantically belting out instructions, or supporting your team, what could be better than a delicious Big Mac ? If you get a chance
