Woburn & Wavendon F.C – provides U7 teams with specialist goalkeeping training
On Saturday 23rd November the Club provided our youngest Lions (Hurricanes and Whirlwinds U7s) with a combined one-off specialist goalkeeping training session.
With very little goalkeeping training having previously taken place, and with no set keepers established in either team, the Club felt this introductory hour-long session would provide a positive and enjoyable grounding for the 20 youngsters.
Pro-coach Chris Hissey, who delivers the Woburn & Wavendon Lions specialist goalkeeping training programme at all age levels, led the successful session that saw all the players enthusiastic and engaged.
