On Saturday 20th June, the whirlwinds under 9’s were entered in the Tattanhoe Tournament.
Because of a few injures the day before, we only had seven players for the seven a-side tournament, so the boys were up against from the start.
In the group games, we played five teams winning three and losing two

Leighton 1-0 whirlwinds
city colts 1-2 Whirlwinds
Tattenhoe 0-2 Whirlwinds
Kempton 2-0 Whirlwinds
leaving us in second place on 9 points and to face Southside utd power in the semi final.
after a great game the score was 0-0 and extra time was played, no goals in extra time and we had our second penalties shoot out in two months.
This time wining 3-2 and proceeding to the final and to face a third Tattenhoe team.
The boys had work so hard all day but was unlucky to face a team with a few subs and very unlucky not to win, in the end losing.
The team was Imran, Kian, Lewis, Jayden, Arthur, Josh,and Ciaran
