Congratulations to our U15 Hurricanes who won the Ashridge Park FC summer tournament.
A slight geographical error when booking the tournament (Thanks Wendy!) meant the U15 Hurricanes had a 3 hour round trip to the Ashridge Park FC tournament. Placed in the cup competition, they won 3 and drew 2 of their group 5 group games. In the semi final they faced a team who had traveled slightly further all they way from Germany! The fear was of another semi-final defeat to the German’s, however the Hurricanes were having none of that, and romped to the final with a resounding 3-0 win.
They faced Eversley & Calfornia Blues in the final, scoring relatively early they controlled the game and won the final 1-0.
